Mr. Epstein has 28 years of experience operating a mid-size General Contracting company for Institutional, Commercial and Retail Projects. Retail projects included Regional Mall, Strip Center, Free-Standing and Inner-City locations. Project values ranged up to $4,200,000 and 40,000 square feet. Mr. Epstein progressed through the ranks of the family business as Carpenter, Foreman, Superintendent, Project Manager, Vice President and most recently, President and Owner. His responsibilities included: Business and Project Administration, Project Management, Bidding, Estimating, Negotiations, Sales, Scheduling, Purchasing, Expediting, Due Diligence, Union Relations, Coordination of Multiple Projects, Superintendents and Tenant, Landlord, and Building Department Correspondence. He managed and coordinated an Office Staff and a Field Staff of up to twenty five employees. Mr. Epstein has extensive experience working with many Local Unions, Coalitions, Zoning Boards, Building Departments and Landmark Commissions. He is familiar with the special requirements of working in New York City and other challenging inner-city locations.
